Since 1944 Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento (CRH) has been a refuge for children and youth affected by abuse, neglect and trauma. As the region’s first line of defense for children and youth who have been removed from their homes, CRH is committed to breaking the cycle of abuse and to changing the lives of abused children and their families.
Each holiday season, the employees at InterWest’s Sacramento office help provide essential items for the children at the Children’s Receiving Home. In December, Santa’s Red Sleigh is placed in the breakroom waiting to be filled with donations of socks and undergarments for kids of all ages.
On December 21st, Tracie Buchanan and Nolema Bailes delivered 169 pairs of socks and 121 packages of undergarments to the Children’s Receiving Home of Sacramento for distribution.
