InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: Brenda Gonzalez
Brenda is a quiet leader, with an engaging demeanor and dry sense of humor.
She’s always looking out for her client’s best interest and what’s for her coworkers and their department as a whole. Her “can do” philosophy is centered around two concepts; 1) When it comes to serving the client, no job is too small or mundane; and 2) if you have time, you help your team no matter’s who’s client it is. One of our brokers commented that his clients absolutely love Brenda. He often hears from them that they feel as if they are Brenda’s only client. They know that isn’t the case, but it speaks to the level of service Brenda provides.
