Surray’s positive attitude is appreciated by all who have the pleasure of working with her, and it is infectious! She came on board with the Sierra Gold merger and has worked extremely hard to use InterWest workflows and embrace the “InterWest way.” She is deeply committed to providing excellent customer service to her clients and to her local community.
Surray delivers pro-active customer service and motivates other team members to work with her to solve problems, especially those with unusual coverage or high limit requirements due to contract work. These issues often take weeks of coordinated effort to solve, but she always keeps the client informed as part of her process, leading to happy and loyal customers.
When asked to provide high limits Cyber, Pollution, and excess liability for a local solar company, Surray found the market able to get the coverage and limits placed. The process took nearly 30 days of constant underwriting and document processing, but she got it done and the client was awarded a contract of over $8 Million because of Surrey’s efforts in coordinating our team, the client’s document requirements, and the surplus lines brokers.
Surray is also dedicated to her son’s Bear River High School football team. She and her husband volunteer and fundraise for them often and never miss a game. She’s an active local volunteer with non-profits. And donates her time and money to the local food bank and animal shelters.
Surray always has a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent knowledge of insurance, which results in a positive workplace for her coworkers and extremely loyal clients who appreciate her commitment to detail whether it’s something small or large, difficult, or urgent.
