Tara demonstrates great leadership skills in many ways. She successfully manages a large commercial book of business, handles InterWest’s insurance program, serves as a primary contact and resource to BroadStreet Partners for her expertise in the hospitality industry and assists them in placing business when they’re challenged with market or program availability.
Earlier this year, one of our BroadStreet Partner affiliates in Connecticut requested help with placing a large account with a carrier they didn’t have access to in their state. Tara worked closely with them and was able to help them win the account. Though it was something we typically don’t do, she didn’t hesitate and successfully placed the business.
Tara is a team player and her brokers enjoy her humor, candor and the professionalism she demonstrates with the clients and co-workers.
