InterWest Insurance Services is an organized, well managed business. I’ve been consistently impressed with their documented and thoughtful procedures. This has shortened the onboarding learning curve immensely.

Having worked for InterWest for over 30 years, I have enjoyed seeing their vision come to fruition. The growth has been phenomenal and they have been generous in sharing this with all that work here. InterWest is like family to me.

I started at InterWest as an intern in 2017 and am now working as a broker. It has been a great experience. Throughout the organization everybody has a genuine interest in your success and efforts, which in turn helps provide our clients with the best service.

Little did I know 25 year ago when I joined InterWest as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, that I was starting on what would become my lifelong career. InterWest has given me the opportunity to challenge myself and to grow as a professional. They have offered the training and support that I needed to take on new roles and increasing levels of responsibility.

I started in at InterWest as a mail processor/supplies clerk. This position challenged me beyond my wildest dreams. 30 years later, I am the Administration Manager and on the InterWest Senior Leadership Team. I manage a team of 15 employees that cover Facilities, Mail, and Reception. InterWest offered me the freedom to develop my position into what I am doing today. I’m proud to be a part of an organization that promotes personal growth.

InterWest has provided a great career path for me.  I began my tenure here as an Account Manager in the Commercial Insurance Department and was then promoted to a Supervisor and am now one of the two Senior Managers of the Commercial Insurance Department.  I just celebrated by 20 year anniversary and look forward to many more years of being a part of such an amazing organization!

I started in July 2013 as a CL Account Manager, then was a supervisor and currently am a CL QA&C Manager.  My favorite part of my role is working with our incredible CL team, who continually provide constructive feedback on how we can improve and work smarter, and then finding pathways to bring those ideas to fruition.  I love our culture and love that our management team listens and wants us all to succeed.

I started with InterWest during the heart of COVID and have nothing but kind words about the process, people, and opportunities offered by this company. This company puts their clients AND their employees first, with opportunities for development and movement. I am encouraged to learn and grow every day and given the tools to do so. I am happy to be working for InterWest Insurance Services!
