InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: America Diaz
America comes into the office every day with a positive attitude, always raising others up with her humor and compassion. One colleague describes America as “The most determined new hire go-getter I’ve met. She is outgoing and enthusiastic and lifts everyone’s spirits!” America is selfless and always thinking of how she can support the team and InterWest. She’s not afraid to take charge of any situation and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we either win the account and/or the account is serviced in the best possible way. She works tirelessly to help obtain for new clients, as well as relentlessly servicing existing ones. She likes to repeat that our team motto is “Optimistic” which she fully embraces. Her co-workers are very grateful to have her as a colleague.
