InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: Beth Luera
Beth is truly a very dedicated and loyal teammate. She is admired by her coworkers and managers as a kind and thoughtful person. Beth is always doing things for others. Her workload is heavy, but she will always find time to take on another project or assist teammates. She has taken on many projects in the Accounting Department. She is proactive in sharing information that will make Account Managers and fellow team members’ jobs easier. Beth always contributes to the Accounting Department’s quarterly meetings by sharing tips and tricks! She is the type of person to see a problem, determine a solution and present it to others in a precise, easy to understand format.
