The leadership skills Jessica has coupled with her calm demeanor, have been especially valuable over the last year as we’ve navigated the challenges faced coming out of the pandemic. She’s never hesitant to address difficult issues, even though they may be uncomfortable or new to her. She successfully juggles her role as a supervisor with the ongoing demands of managing her own challenging book of business.
Jessica is a natural leader who influences others to tackle problems as they come in a methodical manner. If I ever have a question, she is there to help in the most gracious, helpful way.
When an employee on Jessica’s team is out of the office, she is quick to step in to help — even if she is not their backup. She will never say “that’s not my job,” but instead she views it as a shared effort. Jessica is a hard worker who has a positive impact on everyone she works with.
