InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: John Jones
John is an incredible manager and teammate. With the ongoing projects, he is especially diligent about reaching out to check on the status to make sure his colleagues have the tools and resources needed. He’s always willing to lend a hand where needed or manning the phone for countless hours with customer support. John encourages a “how badly can we break it” attitude which is the needed push to find solutions to problems we did not know we had. When some retreat, he pushes forward. He is light-hearted and super dedicated to helping his team with their responsibilities and moving InterWest forward.
