InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: Louise Mont-Eton
Louise has a positive willing attitude and never shies away from a challenge or helping a colleague. She embodies the meaning of teammate and sincerely strives to be a good example and helpful resource to others Louise is the first to step up to help when there’s a need. If she has a lull in her workload, she proactively reaches out to her Supervisor to make herself available to help. Regardless of how large or small the task, she can always be counted on. Louise joined InterWest as a member of the staff of an acquired agency and immediately accepted our new policies and procedures. She fit right in by immersing herself in the culture and embraced everything about InterWest.
