InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: Ronald De Leon
Ron is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure work is done well. No matter how big the task, he takes the initiative to respond with a positive outlook and gets it done. He has demonstrated excellent attention to detail and commitment to InterWest since he started as an Intern with InterWest. Anytime there’s an opportunity to volunteer, Ron takes the initiative to be hands-on and do what he can to help others. His colleagues’ comment that he has been a breath of fresh air for our Petaluma team with his curiosity, willingness to learn ANYTHING, and to get into the details when benefits are complex. He excelled on the Eligibility Team, which created an incredible base for his Account Management career. Rob is incredibly considerate of his coworkers and very thoughtfully connects with those in other departments. He brings great energy into the office every day!
