Shannon has been with InterWest since her teen years, working her way up through the ranks to where she is today as one of our expert Sr. Claims Consultants. She is careful to do things “by the book” and encourages others to remain on task and produce a professional work product and is always willing to assist in any way she can – whether helping with pulling a loss run or joining in on a complex conference call with a client or carrier. Shannon is a point person that you can count on for advice and technical support. She bleeds “InterWest Blue” to her very core!
