InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: Tamera Baiz
Tammie is a breath of fresh air and always brings brightness into the office. As Receptionist, she is on the frontline when it comes to serving our clients and is kind and courteous to all who call or enter our doorway. One of her coworkers commented that they don’t think they’ve ever heard her make a negative comment about anyone. She always makes certain our clients are cared for, willingly completes projects as requested, and asks for more work when she has time to help. Tammie eagerly volunteers, supports and organizes the Chico office events. We all benefit from her good work and positive attitude.
