On February 14th, all InterWest offices showed their support for American Heart Month by wearing Red and offering heart healthy snacks as a reminder that eating well is one of the critical components to heart health. Fortunately, it is largely preventable and there are many things people can do to reduce their risk. American Heart Month is a time to remind Americans to focus on their hearts and encourage them to get their families, friends and communities involved. Awareness leads to lives saved.
